In particular, before the end of the trial period, if you are not satisfied with this product, please unsubscribe in time, otherwise you will incur charges, which has nothing to do with the platform.

These Terms of Service may be updated by us at any time without notice. Once the terms of service are changed, we will announce the revised content in the APP, and the revised terms of service can effectively replace the original terms of service. If you do not agree with any terms of this agreement and subsequent modifications, you can choose to stop using all the services provided by this application; if you choose to continue to use the services of this application, it is deemed that you have fully accepted this agreement and its modifications.

There is a clearly agreed privacy policy in this app, and you make sure that you have read and are willing to fully follow the privacy policy of the product announcement before using this service. We have the right to stipulate and modify the general measures for using the service, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice to you and without any responsibility to you or a third party. These Terms of Service apply unconditionally to any additions to the current service, including new products, unless the product expressly states otherwise.

The Document Manager membership currently includes advanced paid items: free editing and sharing of all documents, unlimited viewing of video tutorials, and use and sharing of all templates.

(1) You must not abuse the services of this application, we hereby solemnly draw your attention to any violation of the following information containing one of the following contents, we have the right to stop your services:

① Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;

② Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

③ Damage to national honor and interests;

④ Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

⑤ Those who undermine the national religious policy and promote cults and feudal superstitions;

⑥ Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

⑦ Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;

⑧ Insulting or slandering others and infringing on the legal rights of others;

(2) You shall not use this service to create and spread computer viruses and other destructive programs, and shall not cause interference or confusion with respect to this service, the server or network connected to this service, or violate any requirements of the network connected to this service, Procedures, policies or rules, otherwise we will reserve the right to pursue its legal responsibility and have the right to submit it to the relevant departments for processing.

(3) You shall not use this application to engage in any behavior that endangers computer information network security, otherwise, once a complaint, report, or discovery is made, you shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensate for the losses caused.

(4) The company has the right to supervise your use of this application. If you are found to have violated any of the provisions of this agreement when using the network services provided by this application through notification, reporting, etc., we have the right to require you to correct or directly take action. all measures deemed necessary.

(1) You fully understand and agree that this service involves Internet and mobile communication services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. We are not responsible for the loss, loss or service stoppage of your data caused by force majeure or fault.

(2) For system failures that affect the normal operation of this service, we promise to deal with and repair them in a timely manner as soon as they are discovered. However, we are not responsible for the economic and spiritual losses you have incurred as a result.

(3) The company solemnly reminds you that any content uploaded or sent through this service, whether it is transmitted publicly or privately, is the responsibility of the content provider.

(4) You fully understand and agree that you receive advertising information through this service, and then conduct any form of business dealings with advertisers, or participate in promotional activities, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other related terms reached , conditions, warranties or representations are solely between you and the advertiser. Except as expressly required by relevant laws, you shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by you as a result of any of the foregoing transactions or the foregoing advertisers.  

The content includes the application name, sound, video, etc., as well as all content in email messages and advertisements. This application and related graphic logos, all such content and logos are protected by laws such as copyright, trademark and patent rights. Therefore, you can only use these contents under authorization, and you cannot copy, reproduce or create derivative products related to the contents without authorization.

The validity and interpretation of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any part of the terms of service contradicts the laws of the People's Republic of China, this part of the terms should be re-interpreted in accordance with the law, and the invalidity or re-interpretation of some of the terms will not affect the legal effect of other terms.
